Premium Hälsan is a training facility focused on quality, health, and an inspiring training environment. We offer a wide range of group training and individual training solutions for our members. We are now looking for an engaged Group Training Coordinator who wants to help develop our group training offerings and ensure a first-class training experience.

About the position

As a Group Training Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for planning, developing, and ensuring the quality of our group training offerings. You will work closely with both instructors and members to create an attractive and varied training schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule group training sessions based on demand and trends.

• Recruit, train, and coach instructors.

• Ensure high quality in group training through feedback and development.

• Monitor participant statistics and adjust offerings as needed.

• Introduce new training concepts and adapt offerings to meet members' needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in group training, both as an instructor and in a coordinating role.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate instructors.

• Structured and organized with good communication skills.

• A passionate interest in training and health.
